The industry players have all had a poor contract or 2.
For Mcr it was the first Tc large diameter pipe they took on. As well, the recent Enbridge facilities arguement. 
I believe that margins are expected to be double digit to compensate risk levels.
We have a huge amount of experience in management to steer us.
The result, while lumpy is a significant balance sheet and enterprise that the market doesn't really want to pay for.
No doubt the business has grown a huge amount over the years despite contract risks.
