RE:Fair Market ValueThe majority of the minority is an interesting issue.
Gate City can stop a squeeze. 
The problem is that it is a retail held stock. They see a gain, and they are gone.
I am over a 1% er. Giving up on the quick cash to hang in with a private co. is a possibility if Gate City stands firm.
We will see.
