RE:What a long prIf the deal fails, the price will be hovering at least around $4 with $600M+ in revenue for current fiscal year projected. It is a win-win situation for you to vote against.  Frank would most likely improve on his offer to gain enough support. Gate City might be doing something, we just wouldn't know until April 4. Don't make a gift to Frank for ripping off minority shareholders.
