RE:Maricann - $3.50

RE:Maricann - $3.50I think they'll be selling at 3-4$ per gram. quote=DSeng89]The supply agreements with Alberta and Manitoba for 2018/19 will already justify 1/3 of our market cap on a fully dilluted basis.

183M Shares x $3.50 = $640.5M Market Cap

Alberta - 3375kg x 2 = $6.750M
Manitoba - 550kg = $550K
Total = $7.3M
Future P/E = 87.73

Only require $17-23M or (23k KG) more in earnings to "justify" a $3.50 stock based on a P/E of 20-25. That's really only their phase 1 capacity and does not include any future sales from Phase 2 and 3.

The above also excludes any earnings from Haxxon so if you factor in just one more supply agreement with Ontario, BC, Saskatchewan or the Mckeeson Initiative, we are easily sitting at $3.50 based on guaranteed future projected earnings.

The only concern I had was their cash situation and with Phase 1 expedited, it seems clear that the first phase will be able to provide sustainable cash flow. [/quote]
