RE:Should UNLOCK significant value for shareholders - 2015We fought the spin-off and lost by a few votes at the special meeting of shareholders back so long ago.

The share value was $6.25 as I recall at the time of the spin off and here we are in 2023 with the two entities created by the spin-off worth $2.06

I know a lot of people that lost a lot of money with Nuvo and it's successor companies.

Just remember it was Bloom Burton that provided the valuations and advice to management to justify the original spin-off.
