I agree with the "crowd". They buyout would be a rather bad news in our situation.

Now, nobody would give more than $6  - $6.50. If macroeconomic environment won't chage, then, DFS and financing should deliver $6.50 as a minimum (after news spreads) with strong upward trend afterwards.

We are not that far from DFS completion, worth waiting.
