RE:RE:This is it!I think that's the problemn as NUMI will trade down to .42 as that'll be the 0.84NUMI shares to value this at .36 exactly where it is right now.

There is a price to the value of this purchase and the higher NUMI shares are, the higher the price. I don't think they'll let that happen. I believe NM will stay at .36 and NUMI will go down to .42
