RE:RE:RE:RE:Good deal aquisitionI am very confused as to what the acquistion price will be, because if it's still appx. $26.2mil, how does this math work out?
NUMI offering/making available 63mill shares for NM's appx 75mil would equal .84 of NM's shares for new NUMI shares
NUMI now at .$0365 x .84 = $0.31 NM value and NM closed today at $0.25 which would make the value of this deal at almost $19mil.

How is NM getting value from a proposed acquision of $26.2mil and the day of approval closing at $19mil ????????    Isn't this a $7mil loss?
