Detour was sold at premium 20% plus.....no offence to Detour however also no razzle, dazzle in that name. PDL despite its great financial results and  upside potential  - was blown out at  some concoction of “Fridays close”..........I think this was a really bad deal........for everyone but Impala. Brookfields shares were dumped really cheap as well............. my opinion a very weak deal for the sellers - all way around.
