It's definitely getting built. Even if the BC Greens form a majority government, it will get built. Too many jobs depend on it now. The RCMP in BC are enforing the law at the CGL construction sites and knocking down the native blockades. It's just elsewhere in the country where police and politicians refuse to do their jobs and end the blockades.

The federation is in shambles, we have no government, so the foriegn funded eco terroists are free to shut the country down as they please. No where else in the world would this be allowed to happen.

its fuxking dangerours when still a lot of retail buyers think something for sure/guaranteed. Do you even know what's the PONY requried debt covenant is for senior debt to EBITDA ratio? Do you know what happened to BNP when they just mentioned they may breach bank debt convenant in Q3 and SP cut into another half within several weeks.
