RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Share consolidation is coming!How would a consolidation affect the 7 million warrants at a price minimum of $3.00 a share.  Mr. Stephan Clulow a member of Tomvest Asset Management sits on prometics board of directors.  Did he ask that a possible consolidation be put on the table as part of the deal to extend the loan?
