You're right, but up until today I thought it was something that they were doing that someone was picking up on, and the "informed party" had no knowledge of the actual content of the news release. This is validated by the fact that there was a spike in volume prior to news releases, regardless of whether the news was good or bad. However, today here was no news release in the pipe to tip anyone off. It was requested by IIROC. IMO, PGD was way oversold at
.26 and the speculators (who are aware the company is working on a corporate initiatives) are driving the recent price movement.
