No way. I hope they don't dilute us. It can be that it opens at 2.50 tomorrow because they have taken on too much debt.

I guess we will see how the markets react tomorrow. Issuing another 168million shares!! Great assets will bring an increase to over 20,000 boe/d. Is the increase in production and the increase in landbase enough to offset some short term downside on the sp?

Now that's a switch, I can see using equity financings, but increasing debt again? at the same time seems a little much in this uncertain oil climate. If oil doesn't rise from here they may wish they had not given Arc so much frigging money, below $75k/flowing barrel would be more reasonable IMO.
