TFSASo IF PAW does win, and they just value the shares at whatever, can they just pay us out? And if so, I hold my shares in a TFSA, how would that work, if they cut us a cheque that is taxed, is there a loophole around this? I realize I am putting the WIN cart way in front of the horse, but just in case I thought I would ask.
