03/22/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Ready Capital (RC) and Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (ANH) said Friday they have completed their previously announced merger.
Following completion, Anworth shares have ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange, and the combined company will be named Ready Capital Corporation and continue trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "RC."
Pursuant to the deal, each share of Anworth common stock was converted into the right to receive 0.1688 shares of Ready Capital common stock and $0.61 in cash.
