About 15min before closing on the dark exchanges 200k was picked up by rbc..

Whoever that is wants all these cheap shares..
My guess a insider.. probably Mr ryu himself..
He always has 1/4 of outstanding shares

And he knows the next move .. and we all know he wants this at 10cents minium
