I posted my concerns here last week and no one cares. You all have your head in the sand and don't want to see reality. I find it totally unacceptable that this management has still not solved this problem. Instead of making Tweets… they would be better off contacting Amazon because sales of this probiotic will be non-existent… Amateurism all this…

I would like to be as optimistic as you but I am not at the moment. This company has huge problems marketing its products in my opinion. Here is a very simple example, they have a Probiotics currently on sale on Amazon USA, unfortunately this product is hard to find. If I am looking for a Probiotics for women, I will certainly do my research on the Amazon site by entering the words Probiotics and women's. The problem is that the product cannot be found using these words. To find it, add the word Naturevan. This is a huge problem as Naturevan is unknown to US and Canadian consumers in my opinion at the moment. So I will only be optimistic when this company can solve a simple little problem like this and I assure you that I have notified the company about this but the problem has still persisted for months. Also regarding the products displayed on the Naturevan website, it is good to have sales and promotions for the holidays, however in ordinary times their products have a shipping cost of $29.95...so a consumer will look elsewhere for a $40 product that has shipping costs of $29.95, that's obvious. It is necessary to attract consumers with a promotion of reduced or even free transport costs with a certain purchase amount. It seems to me that all this is easy to settle for a serious company…
