It was re-listed in UK (LON:SDX), I believe you can have your shares converted, I myself sold them off about a year ago and am with itrade and took the hit the reason for the cost of trade is it has to be done with the broker like a pink sheet transaction... they were in a taxable account so I atleast get the write-off.

I wasn't watching my account and wasn't aware of the news they changed exchanges and looked one day and it had a weird code number beside the name.

I got a little better price than now but only like a cent or 2 per share better. The shares have gotten worse, not better lately. I was disappointed I kinda liked them and thought they would be a much better investment.
