Corporate boards of the future will have to act as “activists” in their quest for information and their ability to question strategies and performances. This plan gets us above 100$ the share.

1. Turn the LSTK projects into profit making operations. Make it clear to owners that nothing else is acceptable and this is a clear board instruction. Solutions need to be found and implemented.

2. We are NOT an investment fund or an investment trust or a pension fund, nor a utility but a great engineering firm. So sell the 407 stake for 2.2B: Pay taxes, 200m debt, buyback 25.5m shares to reduce float to 150m shares and acquire US firm to pull EBIT above to 800m and on track to 1B per year.
