RE:Win of the Century I don't want to beat the "Indians". The problem is not the "Indians". The "Indians" has the right to ask question on development. The problem is Strateco did respected the laws and governement changed the rules during the development. This on the issue of social acceptability.
The interested $$$ "Indian" elite plays the game of opposition to get money. But this way to see danger in every nail struck every where is not a speciality of "indians", you will find a lot of "white" people in this comedy. I don't know if it would be useful for investors to regroup to support our point of view: a project has risk but we did not considered for politicial risk in Quebec: we are in a state of law. Because the purpose of the sue is to establish that the project has been stopped for political reasons and lead to expropriation (moreover according to a paper from the governement himself the social acceptability of the projetc was strong). Gov can stop urianium exploration for political goals, but if so must reimburse the deceived investors.
