Albert Bentov held 4,752,500 but he ceased to be an insider as of Jan 3,2021. It is not clear how many shares he currently holds but it's interesting to note that the share price doubled in the month of Dec,2020 and then he soon after ceased to be an insider.
Yatir Sadot, the chief financial officer, holds 31,500 shares and has never publicly purchased any shares in the open market. It is very strange but you would think the person that handles the finances would have purchased shares if he thought the company was undervalued.
Roy Nevo holds 128,333 shares and 4,850,746 options which is currently well below strike price and the majority of it expire on June 2nd 2024 with a 65 cent exercise price.
There are 63,481,445 shares outstanding and it's pretty much a one man show with Omri holding almost 65% of the shares.
Let me add that Yatir Sadot has a direct and indirect ownership. He holds 31,500 shares in his indirect ownership through IbI trust and 63,000 through direct ownership.
The good news is that nobody is selling either.
Insiders need to step it up with share purchases at these prices if they want to instill confidence to shareholders.
