1st quarter was good

payout ratio is at 97% div declared again .29..overall decent quarter considering lumber pricing down etc.  happy to hold it is like a 'wood/land bond' to me in inflationary times.

Buying land directly is never a bad move.  I only have a few hundred acres and to do a "project" and monetize I'd need about 3000 acres at present.  But that line in the sand ...more

That's a objectivity terrible idea re: a land dividend.  The implicit value is now about 3x higher than valued as equity... but that gap will close. Generally we want to disburse the spare ...more

Lots of liquidity and a carbon revenue stream incoming.  Liquidity at $23m. Possible shortfall near run may be a few Million.  So, covered for the foreseeable future.  Also LPX Houton ...more

I don't remember a bunch on the company, but I believe they eventually anticipate an uptick in biomas sales and they have something in the can that was gonna add revenue but I don't remember ...more
