Good investment?

If I was buying this stock which I am not would be the 3 day rule. Buy on the 3rd day. Wait to see what the Analysts say they are the people who guide this stock higher or lower one rating National bank has been set @$11.00 .Pesonally I think that is high. They have lost almost a third of their production which makes this a cheaper stock how much only smarter people than me will know.
