Substantial Issurer Bid

Substantial Issurer BidGoing to the well one more time. Last time was November of 2020. While it is a prudent use of cash, ongoing earnings of 32 cents per share should lead to a dividend increase. Paying out 10 cents just wont cut it. Having a company with excess cash trading at less than 50 cents on the dollar and a future P/E in the neighborhood of 5 times means AGF is a screaming buy.  Hopefully I can get my money from the EVT SIB soon to make this play as well.
