RE:RE:Tungsten Market Looks to Rebalance in 2017From my experience in the Mining sector the best time to buy is when blood is in the streets and things are trading below their production cost. Not necessarily easy as an ivestor but if you can ride it out the gains can be surreal. I do like Almontys business plan getting a portfolio of projects rather just a single mine. Haven't seen this by any Western Producer since I have been following this space. Personally, I have a large tolerance for pain and will continue to accumulate with a 3-5 year outlook.
