Aris shorts....extra crispyAris stock has gained a tremendous amout of momentum. As I type, it's at 4.42 and will ahead on the day of the HUI index. I took a look at the Yahoo data and it shows short interest at 517,000 as of December 30th. The stock is up 31% since then and absolutely obliterating those short on the 30th. It will be very interesting to see how many new shorts have jumped in with the stock soaring and in a short term over bought condition.
I clicked on the Insiders link on Stockhouse. There's a flurry of activity of insiders but it shows them primarily granting of options at 4.03. I don't see any actual open market buys.
