He does have a point.  Imagine the green credits Quebec could rack up in their carbon scheme if they produced blue hydrogen from western natural gas and stuffed the CO2 into the tons of cement they produce yearly.  They might be able to make their cement production carbon neutral.  The hydrogen is worth far more than the NG to the europeans and you can ship way more of it as it contains  2.6 times more energy per kilogram than NG.  

Win win for Quebec and Canada and Europe maybe even the planet.

It would be good for western natural gas suppliers like ARX for a while too.
