Contraband is routinely snuck into jails and prisons, which are presumably far more secure than a medical testing site. You think someone couldn't sneak in a mini-bottle or 10 of whiskey or vodka or Aleve?
Were housed patients allowed visitors? Were these visitors strip searched? Were the patients under 24/7 video surveillance? Even in the bathroom? Nevermind analyzing the motives or actions of facility staff who might be compromised...
So many holes in this "external causes can be ruled out" garbage.
