Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

1. 346 - Naproxen identified for OA, RA, Ankylosing Spondylitis, dysmenorrhea, dental pain and general pain.

2. 344 - Indomethacin, for acute gout
