Brian Hill, founder and CEO of Aritzia, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss the company's strong quarter. He notes that despite several challenges, his company has been successful at building brand awareness, not only in Canada but also abroad. In fact, a large part of its revenue came from the company's U.S. momentum. Hill also talks about the leadership transition where he will stay on as executive chair of the board and Jennifer Wong, who has been in the company for over 35 years takes on the role of CEO
