Can someone explain

I don't understand massive free fall of all income stocks in a week, after the cut. Is this because people expect the economy to weaken faster than the cuts can prop things up? Alot of stocks started acting wierd. Today nxr is 4 times volume and has collapsed, but with loads of recent insider buys. Is there large scale manipulation happening to scoop things up before rates go down more? Nothing is behaving like any time in 2024 right now. Explain theories, please
