REIT Sector will never be the same

I was utlra reit bull and I know others who loved reits.  But after seeing how easily manipulated and terrible they perform with fake pandemics, then with "inflation", and who knows, maybe a big tax change, looks like they will always get gutted in every few years.

Give me a bounce by 2025 so I can pull the plug on this toxic trade
