RE:Wow....amazing results once againHopped... when you consider that Q4 basic and diluted earnings were $0.18 per share, compared with a loss of $0.04 a year earlier, I have to concur... BDI is way undervalued... it would seem that BDI should be trading in the $6 range.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ were only expecting $0.05 EPS. Black Diamond has blown that out of the water. It would appear that BDI is still an unnoticed company. Just looking at the "Bid" and "Ask" in Level ll Quotes... not a lot of activity, that's for sure. We need to see an institutional buyer I guess to drive the share price.

* adjusted EBITDA increased 58%
* FCF for Q4 was $15.4 million, compared with $7.8 million a year earlier
* annual dividend increased by 20%
* outlook for 2022 remains positive
* expects debt levels to remain within the current net debt to adjusted EBITDA range of 2x to 3x
* expects gross capital investment in the range of $35 million to $45 million
