BK unit NAV to Nov 7 = approx: $19.04

Quadravest updates UNIT NAV to OCT 31 @ $17.92 after dist.

SO am waiting to see how big the cash position is in the update before i adjust my spreadsheet. I would think BK gained about 50 cents  in the UNIT NAV, but could be greater amount. with less ...more

So BK gained back some in the past few days, and now back above 18$ unit nav BEFORE distributions. BK commons would have a value of about $7.88 after distributions. Last sale @ $9.50 today = a premium ...more

Class A and PR has paid out a total of $2.30 YTD and NAV was around $20 to start the year. So sitting at $17.65 with the banking index down 10% ytd is pretty remarkable no?

Selling all shares

Banks  continue to get crushed and killing the financial markets...will miss the divi...only got 2 years or 2 dollars a year so break even at 12bucks share. Glta
