Crazytrader...I buy these things on the troughs and sell at the peaks..the charts sure are your friends with these. No doubt CPD and ZPR are nearing the bottom at these levels. So I will average in. I ...more

The "Good Sale" was back in March 2020.   Now, 5 to 6 percent just doesn't cut it for me.  Savings account now offering over 4% maybe even 5%, basically RISK FREE ...more

Preferred are on sale....

Decided to pick up some CPD today at 10.80. Also looking at a position in ZPR soon. Suspect these two are getting very close to the bottom. Good yield at 5 to 6 percent.
