THIS SMELLS A BIT FISHYTHIS WAS HANDLED POORLY IF U ASK ME, A HALT, THEN TRADES FOR 5 MINS, THEN ANOTHER HALT. THAT FIRST HALT NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN LIFTED - I SUSPECT CROOKS UNLOADED IN THOSE 5 MINS AND WHY THIS SMELLS A BIT FISHY TO ME
