Any shareholder holding more than 10% has to be disclosed. IfCinven had sold, it would have also had to file its trade on SEDI since they are deemed to be an insider with a holding of over 10%. I'm not in a position to check either now, but before calling Mr. Hulot a fool, verify your facts from reliable sources.
