Both great arguments. Having been through a couple really rough patches in this DCM journey in 2015 and then again in 2019 I lean towards pulling out the original investment soon. If that hadn't

How about this argument.  You doubled your investment and now you can pull out your original capital. Leave the rest invested because the company is not even close to reaching fair value

Cheap, however way you look at it.

A 10 times P/E multiple takes us to $3.30. I'd say that's being conservative and then there's the acquisition.

Add back the acquisition costs in Q4 and they achieved $5m in net income in Q4 alone. The market cap is $89m!  Adjusted net income for the year is $15.3m or $0.33/share and Q4 eps of $0.11
