Lost a few pennies now since the update and still trading right around its NAV .

So DF lost about 11 cents off the UNIT NAV in 2 sessions, faring much better than the financial only stocks. Trading right at its NAV. WHich this spring is very rare for those underwater by more

SO my spreadsheet has DF losing about 71 cents since the feb 28th update. SO commons have a value of 3.95 before dist to preferreds. Almost trading right at NAV. DF a more diversified

Spreadsheet is now showing a loss of 45 cents since FEB update... and DF trading at a 20 cent discount. Much better buy than FFN or even DGS...neither of them are at a level that would pay to commons

DF unit nav to March 10 = approx: $14.32
So the spreadsheet now showing a 34 cent loss since FEB 28, and so the common now have a value of $4.32 . Was not one green stock in DFN or DF today.

SVB's default should not be affecting the holdings here but as I said yesterday, this is the market and fear plays a big role. Next week could provide a buying opportunity in the 3's. Also

Looking for $3.75
In the $3's there's a good chance to turn a decend profit and if we get a bullish market the distributions are gravy. Might get a further dip next week if the CPI# disappoints.

So spreadsheet is saying DF lost about 13 cents since the Feb update. Has held up much better than FFN in this bank dominoes game.

SO bounced back a bit at the end of the day, and so the commons now with a value of $4.73. Discount is 39 cents which seems excessive in comparsion to the others that are under the level

So, at the end of the day, what is wrong with DF? Why is the priced so low compared to other splits? Is it the companies it invest in that are not performing well?
