Pretty sure the buyback will start after the dividend is paid out. Some will sell on ex-dividend date to harvest a loss on the stock and that could put pressure on the price.

Just curious that the share price would be very attractive to buying back shares. At $27 less $15 for the dividend they are paying just $12 for the share . Im buying a few more..
