RE:DELTA 9 AtM $5,000,000 at a pathetic give away price of $0.10/sh means issuing 50,000,000 DN shares! Shares outstanding currently at 150,000,000 so we're talking about giving away 25% of the company, i.e. 50M / 200M . They had better do something about the share price before using this ATM...
And it had better be for undeniably PROFITABLE operations because they have a lot to learn on how its done.
They are spending our money like drunken sailors on shore leave. Not pleased with this news. So much for "organic", eh John?
