Still needs third reading and a vote . . .before the Fall election. PLEASE get it done before the break. Why do I get the feeling the Conservatives introduced it, will let it hang over the summer until the Fall election. Then it can die with a change in govt and the Conservatives can blame the new and incoming govt for it not passing. Govt needs to get their hands out of way and let the industry compete on their own merits without a lot of govt oversight and taxes.
