RE:Buyout is comingThe offer can be 10% premium of the X days average rather than the value of the resource owned. It happens when the commodity price is down. That could be the reason why DNT's price has been pinned around 13-14 cents.

The only hope is a white knight. It would be difficult when the market and the commodity price falling from the cliff before a recession.
