RE:Yield not keeping pace with inflation

As well as having expenses 10 million higher than last years Q1.....have to keep costs under control. Management needs to greatly improve in the next quarter.  rate and reply

Yield not keeping pace with inflation

This hasn't been delivering the cap gains given the puny div. Better payers out there. Will only re-enter under if it dips under $7.  rate and reply

RE:Good news ....

Today would be a nice day to step up to the plate. Picking up either beaten up stock traders or others seeing a better opportunity leaving T.DR undervalued. JMHO and GLTA  rate and reply

Good news ....

.... they actually repurchased a significant number of shares since 01 Dec. 2021! Medical Facilities Corporation Announces Amendment to Normal Course Issuer Bid TORONTO , April 4, more

MFC up over 28% YTD

Solid year last year; increased dividend and now increased share buyback. Analyst price targets all increased after company reported year end results. AND its still significantly undervalued more

Great Q4 and YOY results

They are getting back into form. Hopefully another divy increase this year. The market seems to like the news as well.  rate and reply

RE:Slowly creeping up?

Your money, however I was looking for a long term Div. and I bought it dropping, lower than what it is now. Myself I'll like the div. to increase so I can spend it. It was a good financial bet more

Slowly creeping up?

Conundrum... Initially bought in the $15's for the dividend before the pandemic. Averaged down and am well green again. Dividend is not great. Can't see it getting back to the $15's more

Holding up well

I am surprised how well the share price has been holding up considering how poorly the markets have been.  rate and reply

RE:Time to dump this stock?

OK, I unloaded a bit, thanks for all your advice! Ha Ha We'll see what the future brings.  rate and reply

Time to dump this stock?

Now that I am green again. Or might just half my position???  rate and reply

RE:RE:What's going on with this stock?

Seems that on low volume the share buybacks could be very benificial to all holders. Held with strong hands and profits off an existing business. After Covid's Shock and Awe Dividends more

RE:What's going on with this stock?

Kind depressing to see..  rate and reply

What's going on with this stock?

Nice run up from last months lows. Have I missed something positive in the news lately?  rate and reply

Fourth Quarter Dividend

RE:Wow, $7's

Typical action here... stock falls fast and then slowly creeps back up. With the gap now filled, how long will the ones who bailed wait with itchy buy fingers.  rate and reply

Medical Facilities Corporation Announces Approval of ....

... Normal Course Issuer Bid Now they must actually follow through and start buying back! more

RE:RE:RE:Wow, $7's

The Price Canadians get for product is reduced because our sales only head south. The world's price is captured from the teams south and we pay the value added price.  Until this changes more

RE:RE:Wow, $7's

I was just thinking about him recently, too. Larry exposed the bad management decisions which led to the halving of the MFC dividend in the pre-Wu Flu days AND you can be sure that he made more

RE:Wow, $7's

What ever happened to Dr. Larry Whatever? He was an interesting basher who had some good information now and again.  rate and reply
