Financing

If there is financing that is needed there are two options: 1. Go to the Bank and get a Line of credit using the contracts from ARC and Dept of Veterans. 2. Go to the more likely source Baxter and ask them to give their 2nd tranche a little earlier. We have signed a contract with them and now seeing what Dialco has done with Arc and Veteran 's Dept, it might be to their benefit. If there is a financing coming out in the way of warrants, first right should go out to the existing shareholders (we have kept the company a float for all these years). l would love to see a Shareholder Ombudsman selected to sit on the Board and responsible for sitting on the Compensation Committee in charge of looking at Management Compensation. Also, should be in charge of shareholder updates. I invested in this company as they were looking to get rid of sepsis in North America and still believe we are on the right track. I remember the cardiac discovery so you know I am a Long.

Of course there are alternatives... Only a completely useless, repugnant human being would support a financing at 2% NPV? How pathetically incompetent an individual would you have to be to support a financing at these levels?

Thanks for your contribution Quacker and welcome to the discussion amongst real shareholders.  Your suggestion for requesting Baxter to accelerate a payment (or do an advance against the next one) is soundly based.  Spectral has initiated the EDEN study at Baxter's request and also initiated pre-marketing efforts - Baxter is responsible for all costs of marketing don't forget ...more

AP, It's a private company masquerading as public in order for insiders to acquire as much control as possible through private financings and to facilitate the impending "easy" sale of each division. There is no retail representation on the board and never will be. Anything that may infringe on the furthering of criminally cheap insider ownership is a no go.

Nice Post ! There are actually several forms of alternative financing that could fill the kitty, including: 1. Debt * -  (always the cheapest form of financing) *  on the strength of valid orders/contracts. 2. Convertable Debt. 3. Accelerated Baxter payments 4. Deposits on future SAMI units to be sold to ARC and VA (perhaps discounted in return for advance deposits) 5. Distribution ...more

Some very valid suggestions MM. However none allow for insiders to acquire more pathetically cheap shares.  The easiest and most efficient way to do so is another criminally cheap financing... I hope they won't but it is sure looking that way. BTW didn't the CEO suggest 2023 would see "many multiples" of the equally misearable 2022 share price. We can chalk that up ...more

I sometimes wonder if there's anybody posting here except Tom. Funny how, as Gorf, he has resumed the exact same type of exchanges with mercedesman - ( "Hail-fellow-well-met!" ) - it must irk that he can't post about his imaginary friends "the beechboys" anymore as this would blow his "cover", flimsy as it may appear to other posters. But then, Tom's ...more

Gerbalmeister If you'd like, I can be constructive on your posts too ! For example from you July 20th post "I'm a relative newcomer. But I've been here long enough to have been sadly holding an almost empty bag on Oct. 3, 2016 when the previous trial failed. Now that things are looking up I'm glad I held on to my original shares. I just bought more at 46 cents. " -Gm ...more

Gerbalmeister! Why that's the exact same nickname SouthernTierTom gave me! Uncanny! It's almost as though he's still here!

Wow ! Great minds...(or I learned from the best) Was that over on TLT?

Indeed! You two are truly birds of a feather! But it would be a shame to exclude the multi-billionaire savant Gorf from your little two member group. Add Gorf and you will have a cozy little triumvirate. You could even give yourselves a name. How would "beechboyz" suit?

I hear ya Gorf. But I suspect there is a large contingent of "non-insiders" that are both torn, and making their thoughts known. Let's reserve judgment to see if, in the end, either or both parites are overcome by "opportunity". MM "everyone was kung-faux fighting, those cats were fast as lighting..." - Carl Douglas "all animals are equal, but some are ...more
