RE: wowThanks DJBJ. I've been trying to figure this one out today and your explanation is the one I came to. The PP that NKL recently completed gives them cash to pass along to PCY in exchange for a property with assets aligned with NKL's mission. PCY get the cash to invest in (what? not sure, opinions welcome). All in the family, of course but logical from a business point of view. All IMO.
