actually my approach overly complicates matters. far simpler to just read financials...

2020 they earned 34.7mm of divs and paid out 29mm ($1.2/sh recurring and the $4 special - taxes being the difference)

2021 9months to date were at 48mm and will end at 52mm earned. applying same tax rate would expect total payouts of 43.5mm or $7.78/sh of which $1.2 is recurring

so am revising my estimate of the march special to be $6.5/sh
