RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Excellon unit loses appeal !Old news built in since the end of 2019. This is Mexico and the legal system is very different than
what we are used to in North America. It is an ongoing issue and Excellon still has options. In
reading the press release it is stated that the decision was upheld but it does not say what damages
the court has approved. It could be significantly less than the original award. I am fairly positive
that by the time this is all over it will have minimal impact on Excellon in my humble opinion. Every
one looking to make a buck here ... the way of doing business in Mexico. Excellon still an extremely
undervalued company for what they have and very leveraged to the price of both silver and gold which
in the end ... is what will count. There just are not that many silver producers and when all this
money starts flowing into the precious metals sector there just is not enough to go around. Excellon
also having a very very tight float with shares held tightly is not going to move down on this news.
