The fact that litigation worth a few thousand dollars at the most turns into 23 million dollars
only goes to prove how corrupt your local district court is !!!!
I can only imagine how many local officals are drooling over even a fraction of the 23 million
dollar judgement. However just like any other corrupt country remember that as we go up
the ladder of importance, Mexico still has a mining industry to take care of and not a few local
corrupt and criminal officials looking to take advantage of the situation for their own greed.
As it goes up the ladder expect some of the local heads will roll. You should be careful ...
there is a saying do not bite the hand that feeds the local community because it will not take
long before this outrageous judgement is reversed. As for the price of the shares, let us
look around and realize that the share price of Excellon is a reflection of the industry as a whole
capitulating on a year long correction, and has nothing to do with your fear mongering and
manipulation in trying to put pressure on Excellon to hand over the money. Long long long
fight ahead Mr. Plaintiff ... who knows maybe you will get a few thousand ... on the other hand
maybe you will not.
