Unless Excellon identifies some material mining operatin opportunities between now and completion of the 2021 financial audit, I believe the external auditors will be forced to issue a going concern qualification on the 2021 financial statements.  Let's hope that does not Happen!

Das Board of Directors voted to raise the salary of Das Shyster CEO last year.  Any transactions that tend to hurt shareholders in insolvency and bankrupcy proceedings  are subject of review for possible fraudulent activities. Das Kapitan of the striken Exn boat knows how to protect himself.

DaytonGuy EXN needs a lot more then a name change. At these low share prices EXN will become a buyout or salvaged target. EXN may have great exploration properties but it takes money to explore.  Mining has not been a secure sorce of income in order to fund exploation,, the bleeding and issues have to come to an end. EXN could be worth more to us shareholders on a buyout. IMHO M2

M2, I agree! Otis Gold was an exploration company only. That's all EXN is now. It will brbought out, probably at $1.00 US, imo. Maybe Mexico will cave. They have really screwed over their people.

My Simple fix to  Excellon's problems.  Sell Kilgore for around US$39 million which is  its estimated current value based on information supplied in article below. Excellon would use this money for exploration on all its other properties and pay off all its debt. Excellon would then suspend Platosa mining operations until silver prices are high enough and/or costs
